For candidates

Send us your CV

We don’t book calls with candidates directly. Send your CV, how you’d like us to contact you and when you’re available, and we’ll get in touch when there’s a role that fits.

Your privacy, in short

  • Talent Supply collects what you give us, such as your CV, contact details and what you are looking for, and what we learn while recruiting, such as interview notes and references.
  • We keep it in our recruitment system (JobAdder) and our email, and use it to find people work and to find businesses staff.
  • Software, including AI, helps us, but a person at Talent Supply decides whether to contact you or put you forward for a role.
  • We send a candidate’s details to an employer only after the candidate agrees.
  • Some of the services we use store information overseas, mainly in the United States.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or make a complaint, by emailing info@talentsupply.com.au. Our privacy policy explains how we deal with complaints.

By pressing Next, you agree to Talent Supply keeping your CV and details in our recruitment system and using them, with help from our software and AI tools, as set out above and in our privacy policy.

Using ChatGPT or another AI assistant?

Ask it to fill in this form for you. It can give you a link that opens this page with your details filled in, ready for you to check, attach your CV and press Next.

How the link works

Add the details after a # at the end of this page’s address, as name=value pairs joined by &, with spaces written as %20. Every field is optional:

  • name, email, phone
  • contact (email, phone or either: how they would like to be contacted)
  • availability (when they can talk, e.g. weekdays after 4pm)
  • role (the kind of role they want, optional)
  • looking (active or passive)
  • salary (the base salary they are targeting)
  • below (yes or no: whether to hear about roles slightly below that salary)
  • via (the assistant’s name, e.g. chatgpt or claude)

For example:

https://talentsupply.com.au/meet/candidates#name=Alex%20Smith&email=alex%40example.com&phone=0411%20111%20111&contact=phone&availability=Weekdays%20after%204pm&role=Territory%20Manager%2C%20Brisbane&looking=active&salary=%24120%2C000&below=yes&via=chatgpt

The details stay in your browser, and nothing is sent until you press Next.
